Engineering Time
Remote and on-site support is covered by one simple fee.

Certified Engineers
Most of our engineers are certified and or trained in numerous operating systems and vendors including Windows, Red Hat, VMware, Sophos and more.

BPSS Clearance
Upon request we can provide a valid BPSS certificate (this includes a DBS check). If this is a requirement please ensure this is communicated upon your initial contact with us.

No additional travel costs
If an engineer is required on-site and your premises are located within Cumbria or the south of Scotland, no additional travel costs will be incurred.

Out of hours included
We don't charge you extra for work outside of normal office hours.

Bulk discounts available
If you're looking to hire us for a project or as part of a managed agreement discounts and bespoke contracts are available.
Data Center Hosting
We offer fully managed or co-managed data center hosting.

UK ISO 27001
We only work with data centers that meet the UK ISO 27001 standard.

Power and Cooling
Power and cooling both come with a 100% uptime service level agreement. Cooling is N+1 and power is provided from two substations backed by N+N uninterruptible power supply units and N+N generators.

Security and Fire
The data center tracks all visitors using CCTV, ANPR and access control is installed throughout the facility. A VESDA smoke detection system is in place with FM200 fire extinguishing units.

Equipment Transportation
Upon request and for an additional fee we can arrange for the safe transportation of your equipment to the data center. We transport the equipment ourselves using industry standard Peli rack mount cases suitable for even the most fragile equipment.

Flexible Deployment
You can run your virtual servers on our highly available infrastructure or bring your own, need to bring your own IP space that's no problem.
Managed Services
We offer a range of managed infrastructure services.

Vendor Agnostic
We have extensive experience managing Sophos firewalls, and server infrastructure, we offer managed services for nearly all brands, regardless of their complexity.

Engineering Time
With a managed service you get access to our expert engineers who are trained and or certified in a wide range of products and vendors such as Red Hat, Windows, Proxmox, VMware, Cisco, Aruba, Azure and many more.

Co-Managed
We can work with your existing support personnel to provide additional support or manage one or aspects of your infrastructure reducing your internal workload.

Monitoring
We use a number of industry-standard tools to monitor your infrastructure, including our very own custom solution called 'COSMOS' to help ensure your environment is kept in optimal condition.

Monthly Review
An optional monthly meeting where you can meet with your Technical Account Manager to discuss your managed services.

Yes, we offer discounts on the bulk purchase of engineering time and for larger more complex projects.
